Cartographic Applications and Processing Program
Located in Madison, Wisconsin, the Cartographic Applications and Processing Program (CAPP) is part of the U.S. Geological Survey's Office of Water Information. The CAPP applies cartographic, geographic information systems (GIS), and geodatabase technology to support the USGS and other federal agencies.
